Hi, I’m Alba Ponce, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner specializing in hormonal health for women 35+.

I've lived what my clients go through. After moving to Canada, hormonal stress led to hair loss and mammary cysts from estrogen dominance, symptoms conventional medicine couldn't fully address.

Anti-inflammatory nutrition and targeted supplementation helped me rebalance naturally. My hair grew back. My cysts are controlled. And I finally feel at home in my body again.
