Hi, I’m Alba Ponce, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I turned my love for nutrition into a true calling when I moved to Canada. Adjusting to a new country, culture, language, and climate was challenging, and during that time I felt emotionally low and disconnected from my sense of purpose.
What brought me back was not one big change, but many small, intentional choices. Nourishing food, supportive supplements, time in nature, learning, and allowing myself to pause helped me reconnect with myself and my health.
Today, I believe that the foods we eat, how we care for our bodies, and the routines we practice each day quietly shape how we feel, think, and live. That belief is the foundation of my work as a holistic nutritionist.
